Educational Resources Information

The curriculum, “Adventure, Adversity and Opportunity: Our Jewish Pioneer History in New Mexico” was developed by Tammy Kaiser, Educational Consultant for NMJHS with the support of the Jewish Federation of New Mexico and the New Mexico History Museum.  It is provided to educators and those interested in learning more about the pioneer Jews of New Mexico.

There are four topic modules in the curriculum, which are accompanied by: a teacher’s guide, key facts and terms, and student activities and worksheets.

These modules focus on:

  • Social and Family Life.
